We came around 2 on a Saturday and surprisingly there was no wait! There's also Yelp waitlist once you arrive at the restaurant. We ordered the tonkotsu ramen and the vegan ramen. The vegan ramen reminded me of a dan dan mien and it was SOO good. Super peanut-y, and I love the soy meat added! You really can't tastes that its vegan. My friend also really loved his tonkotsu ramen, so you can't go wrong with both. One of my fave ramen spots now and it's vegan!!! I'm sold!

Came here after work and there wasn't much of a wait since it was a weeknight. The appetizers came out relatively fast but the actual ramen took a bit to come out. I ordered Tonkotsu Ramen, Karaage, and the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna. The Karaage was super crispy and delicious. The Crispy Rice had a nice crunch and complimented the soft Spicy Tuna on top. The ramen itself was tasty with the pork chashu being the standout of the show. The interior was nicely decorated with mood lighting for dinner. Cool place!

We had tasty Vegan Ramen. There are many delicious options. Love the presentation of the food and cleanliness. The interior is very chic in burlap. The service is attentive and polite. There is ample parking as it is in a plaza. Just one raised eyebrow, they charge 16% service charge upfront. May it be one or 5 people. At the time to pay the bill they ask if we want to amend that ? I think it should be the customers decision how much they want to pay without putting them on the spot. I was not a fan of this policy.

I tried most of the menus including vegan. Ramen was good but considering all the other factors, three times is enough.

By far, the best chicken kaarage I've had anywhere. Crispy on the outside but SO moist and tender on the inside. Flavor is so good. The ramen and broth is also very intense. The noodles were cooked just right and not soggy. Just a perfect combination overall. It gets crazy busy so help check in to save you some time. But the wait is pretty fast. Love the decor and the stools which seem uncomfortable but was really cool and sat well.

Hiro Nori Sand Canyon in Irvine rocks! Their ramen is super yummy, especially the tonkotsu and spicy miso. But what's even better? The staff! They're super friendly and make you feel like a VIP. The place itself is cozy and cool. If you want awesome food and great vibes, check out Hiro Nori ASAP!

My roomates and I used to come here a lot when we were in college. Usually, we'd order the chicken bowl with rice, spinach, and egg. It was always a good/quick meal to have. Today, since it was raining, we were craving some ramen. The shoyu ramen was absolutely delicious! Add some garlic and hot sauce for extra flavor. We also ordered the spicy tuna cripsy rice for the first time. I really liked it. Very flavorful and fresh. Overall, service was good. At first they gave us dirty spoons, but they apologized and provided us with new ones. If you're thinking about going, I highly recommend making reservations. It can get busy, so it's always nice to be prepared, so that you're not waiting too long to get food. Place is lively, especially during lunch & weekends.

Yummy ramen! Stopped by on my way to the airport. The spot is situated inside an office building, how lucky are those employees, ramen right downstairs! Cute ramen spot yet very simple. I ordered the tonkotsu and it was perfect. Pretty thick pieces of pork. Broth was delicious and you can add the black garlic oil for a little more flavor. Solid meal!

Very bomb Ramen. Not my ATF but definitely worthy of 4.5 stars. I was very impressed with the quality and flavors of my Ramen. For starters we got the Pork Bun sandwiches and Cucumber crab salad. Very fresh and tasty. No complaints. I then got the Tonkatsu Ramen with garlic and hot sauce. Pretty amazing I ain't gonna lie. Very satisfying and delicious broth and noodles. Filling as well. Service was perfect as was the cleanliness of the restaurant from what I could see. I don't like their bathroom setup. It's the one room bathroom with no ventilation or windows and someone was in there for like our entire dinner. So I wasn't about to go in there. lol. Also that "service charge" is lame. Very tacky and bush league tactics. I always tip 20% so if you wanna do 18% well that's a loss for the servers. 2% may not seem like a lot but compound that over a year and that adds up. Who knows. Maybe they get a lot of bad tippers that's why they do that. Either way food here is great!

We stopped here after a cross country flight with empty stomachs. The busy lunchtime ambiance was a testament to the good food. We had some perfectly crispy Karaage, a bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen and a pork bun.
